Why does Stone Cutters roast in house daily; free trade beans from around the world? 99% of coffee out there is stale! Containing over 900 flavor compounds coffee can really light up your taste buds, however, once a coffee bean is roasted it begins to lose its flavor after a few days. After a week you are lucky to taste half the flavors, a full month and maybe you’ll get 10% of the coffee’s original flavor. True coffee flavor and aroma only develop during the actual roasting process. (site this if you can)
